Karna refers to ‘ear’ and poorana means ‘filling.’ Karnapoorana literally means filling the ears with medicated oils. Karnapoorana treatment in Ayurveda involves gently filling the ears with warm medicated oils to relieve pain, reduce ringing, improve hearing, and enhance overall ear health naturally.
Procudure :-
1) Gently massage the head, neck, and ear of the patient with suggested herbal oil. This process will enhnace the blood circulation and will relax the ear muscles.
2) Ears are filled with warm medicated Ayurveda oil by poring drops until the ears are fully filled.
3) Excessive oil will be drained by the therapist.
